Legacy Universe Book Cover

Here's a book cover I've been working on the past few weeks. It's for sci-fi author Martin Perry. The book, called Lessons Learned, will be on sale from amazon on the 5th of December I think. I've really enjoyed working on this one. Here's the legacy blog and Martins profile:

Rooftop level progress shot

Not far off completing  the rooftop now. I need to make more foliage as a lot are just placeholders. I also need to make a water texture.

Update

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. I've been so busy with uni work. Currently working on a rooftop level in UDK. I'll post some screens up when it's all done. Also been working on a book cover for a sci-fi novel. Hopefully will have more time for personal paintings over the christmas break. Keep coming back, I've not disappeared :)

Good News... and Samurais!

My Wacom has risen from the dead, works fine now. Anyway, to celebrate, I painted a samurai for my FMP. Nothing overly special, just wanted to paint. Hope you like.

Sad News

My trusty Wacom Intuos 3 has died after I spilt tea on it. I didn't spill a lot but it must have done just enough damage to finish it off. Hopefully I'll get a new one really soon, but updates may take a while. Cheers.
